Inferno update error 002 [ANSWERED]

hello sir
my friend have problem plz solution
his 1 month inferno was working ok
when it ends and he decide to buy activation



the reseller said it will take 24 hours
so he run volcano utility to use rx tx for old phone
utility gives update error and 95%

now the reseller said update complete and give pic in proof



when he try to use latest ver of inferno then 002 error occurs.

your box have manipulated firmware only can run Inferno or Volcano
choice is yours
if you choose Inferno then volcano and Merapi may not work
and
if you choose volcano to run then Inferno will give error same like now
Reason : if you try to run volcano it will ask to update firmware and after end will give error so inferno security firmware overwritten by volcano firmware so Inferno will give update error 002

we will fix tomorrow update error 002 after that Inferno will start work ok
but you don't need to run other module who ask to update firmware
result Inferno again will locked...
