InfernoTool_UniTool not working in Volcano Box ( red )(SOLVED)

i have Volcano Box ( RED )
i know diffrent bettwen inferno tool for inferno users and interno tool for volcano user
When i run InfernoTool_UniTool_Volcano i get that error
( The sofdog has not been inserted or softdog has some exception )



and when press ok i get that error
( Read softdog data failed the program is terminated )





what is the wrong

that error comes wen bkx not connected ensure box connectio and the button shouldnt be pressed

same time when i get this error
i open merapi and volcano utilites and it is work good
