i have intex aqua power hd with privacy password lock. when i try to reset with inferno mtk always failed. Please help me.

do wipe data and catche from format tab and post result remember to backup flash before do any operation

already did but privacy lock not remove

Make full backup and factory backup. Flash phone with format all selected with factory file. After that you will need to rebuild IMEI.
