Lava C31 how to format
the condition of set is ok but need to reset security lock

hi

i think its MSTAR cpu.... n ur prblem is securty code read flash file then u can check user code..... ... test n post results...

its not detecting as com port.......its detecting as mass storage and as the set is new and under warranty i dont want to open the set for rx tx.....

Its MTK Phone
If Key pad Phone then Hold 2+5 .

If Touch Screen then
Press hold Volume down key, Volume up key , Home button,
home button + Volume up key. home button + Volume down key
Send key,

Try again & Post Result

I successfully flash LAVA C31 & Lava C51 Mobile by usb flashing by Volcano Box
I haven't Screen Shots but this is 100% Tested solution by me you can test it & post the results.

1. Select flash file
2. untick Auto-detect Pinout
3. Select Usb Mode
4. select write flash & run
5. insert battery on phone, hold call button & insert usb cable, you can see the progress bar going on & flashing done.
6. Now write phone imei nos.

Lava C51 USB Flashing By Volcano Box

Flashing Process :-

1. Select flash file
2. untick Auto-detect Pinout
3. Select Usb Mode
4. select write flash & run
5. insert battery on phone, hold call button & insert usb cable, you can see the progress bar going on & flashing done.
6. Now write phone imei nos.
