After Root your phone select adb mode for reading file ,try and post result.

As of from your log , that mobile is qualcomm chip inside. Qualcomm chip's not supported by volcano or merapi, try any supported box

Qualcomm Chip is not Supported Only Imei And Adb Wipe Work on Some Devices ,
