Why should you Make Factory Backup with usb mode ..
We have support Read Factory File on Boot Mode ..
Do Read Ffw on Boot Mode

Suppose that i want to convert original (bin) file to scatter file after phone dead due to wrong firmware and show this error?

What do you mean by Boot mode? You mean ADB mode of preloader mode
