Hi, i rescently bought a volcano red box and i tried to install with the merapi pack 1 but no result. It's my first installation.

my volcano box is connected but when i start merapi tool i have a message saying: volcano box not found please connect box and run software again

Check Box Drivers Installed Correctly ,

i have installed the pl 2303 and now my box is on com 3 but nothing change i have the same error

switch the red button on your box.. problem solve
