Bro it's Not Server Problem , Pack 1 Is Already Activate On your Serial ,
Check Your Antivirus Settings ,
Extract Again Merapi Software From rar And Add Merapi Root Directory in Exclusion in Antivirus ,
Also Check Fire Wall Setting .

close antiviruse then extract merapi 1.2.8 in c drive then open i m also spent 3 days for this problem.

First of All Disable Anivirus Than Extract Merapi Tool .zip Again
And After Extract Add Merapi Folder in Antivirus Exclustion List
Test And Post Result Please !!

Connection refused belongs to your side internet connection problem

please use active internet connection also allow application to use internet in firewall settings

next time if u got any issue 1st make search about your issue then open new thread don't re-open very old thread. otherwise it will delete without notification
