hi, there is no MI Note 4 from xiaomi.

only mi4, redmi 4, and reedmi note 4

which one your phone?

if not sure, check your device codename using fastboot method to make sure

redmi note 4 is not working using that method i'm sure.
cos there is no EDL mode on redmi note 4 device.
