Try with 2.3 Mode
Phone Must be Powered On
Phone Should be Rooted

If Baseband OK

unknow baseband problem solved with good stock/backup firmware, try search original firmware, after baseband good try repair imei .. good luck

try this rom micromax-a104/ your problem thish type issu will go away, trust me!! Volcano only support for unknow/invalid Imei repair, not unknow baseband repair... problably will not support at all for baseband problem
