Well, have you tried doing the same with the help of gmail account ? which is configured over the user device ?? I don't think that there is a need of tool box if you can have the access to gmail account.

use anroid multi tool press no 5 from keyboard .....

Try this one

1. Download Mode (Press and hold Vol.up key + Power key)
2. Press Home Key after Go to Menu key

i also try with rx tx but same problem and volume up key not working

temporary adb
mobile detect in meta mode with Maui META 3G ver 6.1308.0 tool
root with v root
open volcano
press root
after root again mobile detect in meta mode
this time press wipe or gmail
