Power On Handset and connect to pc or laptop
Download Android Tool and Drivers
Install both drivers "SCI android drivers" and "ADB Android Drivers"
Now open tool and press "5" and hit Enter Key to wipe data / factory reset.
after format handset restart automatic
hard reset done
Tablate Mobile and Android devices hard reset and soft reset solutions

follow these steps:
a) open volcano utility and setect spd tab.
b) select correct boot on boot option.
c) connect cell with jig by main cable and put black and red clip on back of cell.
d) select read info and press start button. ( important: press and hold volume down button before press start )
e) post here log result.

Note: must read backup before do anthing

if info read correct then select format option and do format.

It's Broad comm Cpu Currently Volcano Box Support Imei repair Only If Volcano Adb Can't Wipe it Then You Can Use Jurassic UniAndroid Or Fac Tool For Flash .

sir,not use jig u sugest usb mode modifiled cable,ok but format phone file saving must plz tell me,(phone dead mode)format tell me
