The best and only perfect solution to this problem is to write factory flash via flasher over it and you will get your OG IMEI Back
This is tested solution by me and many others. Try to search on the back (IMEI sicker) for the proper version.
Dont try any other.

i think its your driver problem and better use android boot cable

its drivers problem and imei write solution is perfect working on window xp server pack 3

and please use latest version we approve imei write method

Is it possible for you to post the IMEI sticker image so i can suggest you a proper version to flash.

Thanks to all of you i solve my problem through maui meta tool and found very difficult to repair with volcano,may be driver issue.

download it and update window to server pack 3 for future use
on server pack 2 you have such problem

100% driver issue , its hard to repair imei win 7 , you need correct driver for that , when you connect the phone also open the device manager there you can see where you are going wrong ,first its make mtk usb port , then android driver , try see is there anything wrong when connected or just uninstall the driver when its connect & install again
