konka T640s trying to format but give error(solved) - GSM-Forum

Hi Team i have konka i need to remove password i use volcano cable with o5b clip i get this error when i try to format the phone

only chengh comport and use spicial usb cable from phone package , many times if uu chengh comport ,solve this problem , if u have same problem u should bulding magic cable and solve ur problem.

Its For 2 Problem . 1ST For Driver 2nd For Wrong Boot
Did You Update Driver & Select Correct Boot ? (Boot 14)
Also Downgrade Your Phone Port In 15

salam n thanks for the reply the link u gave me i already update to that driver
i also downgrade port to 15 here is the pic

always this error when i try to format i got 2 same phone now both restart problem
i click the spd port witch was at 65 then press update driver i located the driver to folder the one u told me to download
after install i change port to 15
i did all this no luck
plz correct me if i m wrong

with usb cable with boot key u can see it can connect on device manager but can not connect with volcano so now what is the wrong?
i m doing right ? software have bug?
what to do?

connect phone
first select port 15 then press run button
and post result

ok here u go first connect the phone then select manually comport 15
after the unlock auto detect pin out
then pres run nothing happened only saying plzz power on the phone.
u can see phone is connect with com 15
what to do?

this is with usb cable
with volcano i can connect but can not format
i really need some one who can check it out why can not connect with usb
