Micromax q350 stuck on logo after flash

Before flash phone hang too much so i try to flash with same hardware version DA Dl checksum or format all data
with this process phone not recovery and show this error
what i need to do please guide me

mt6580 with android 6.x.x mostly take 15 to 20 min after flash factory file if USERDATA is on factory state wait little and if issue is the same than look for another factory file
