Unhappy mirapi tool login error [ Solved ]

Dear volcano team i have a volcano box n when i m opening the merapi setup after registration it says me user name error.....one thing more when i registered it ...it didnt ask me for put in user name or password.....now which user name or password should i use.....

when i m trying with ur default user name n id {customer12} its also not work

Download 1.4.4 (full) and 1.4.7 from support and extract 1.4.7 into 1.4.4
