Volcano box Unhappy User. Pls help me

Please assist me. I have read everything about volcano. All manuals and success stories yet my volcano have never done a Chinese phone before
I can't do the detect thing as I haven't been able to detect. Always printout not found error

How do I move those gnd d+ vcc etc to upper place to detect well. How do I know where to place which. I fee many user place them in different places yet detected for same platform.

I can do android mtk coz it asks to insert cable and after that says press on/off nothing happen. More than 9 months now same story.

Can't just detect to do any USB job and most times all chinese phones.

I have retired over 100 jobs of Miri repair and android format. Both mtk and other platform.
Help me pls.

For mtk android phone you must need keep press boot key like menu, volum up or down etc

Or
Make this cable and connect phone with out any boot key

Yes bro. I also have same confusion........where to put d+,d-, rx,tx,vcc,gnd etc in detect tab and when it is used?

I have bought it just one week ago and I have done successfully some mtk, coolsand,Rda cpu still I did not use detect tab......

I don't no if it (Detect tab) is used for androids only coz I did not use it (Volcano box) for android so far......

We will thankfull to volcano team if volcano team clear that, How to use 'Detect tab'

i have also faced this problem. finally i solve my problem

1) pin outs d+ d- is reconized ur computer with valcono?

2) if reconized check the divise manager any ? mark unknown divises at.

3) if ? divises is their upadate it manually.

not reconized volcano d- d+ then check another working box dragon is also detect usb mode.if not rexonized then chage your computer os freshsly.

I know that he is giving manual pinout but how can I know exactly where to put rx, tx, d-,d+, vcc,gnd etc for connect handset successfully.....?
