with merapi

read flash ok

problem format not work with volcano and merapi

please solve my problem

when i tap format it show only this image with volcano and merapi no thing else

2 format more than 3 times and try to change USB cable and port .
Can't you format via phone recovery combination of buttons hard reset ?

Just change settings upper side click smartphone & use latest version merapi 1.3.4 post result...

Use Volcano Merapi Tool 1.3.3 & Do Format

Note : Befor Read Backup Flash For Safety
