how to fix no baseband pliz?

Hardware : MT6572
Model : TECNO H5
Build number : ALPS.JB3.MP.V1
Build date UTC : 20140404-110246
Android v : 4.2.2
Baseband v: -----
Kernel v : 3.4.5 (zbn@zbn-desktop) (gcc version 4.6.x-google 20120106 (prerelease) (GCC) ) #1 SMP Fri Apr 4 19:00:05 CST 2014
Uboot build v : ----- should be root shell
LCD Driver IC : 1-ili9806e_dpi_wvga

imei=null

imei2=null

how to write nvram below? [gives above error]

userdata_nvram_only.ext4.tar [from good h5 fon]

*have written good rom backed by mtk droid tools and volcano but baseband not fixed.*

Available Ports:COM3 COM15 COM16 COM81
Current Port:COM81
Unable to connect to the device, make sure the data cable is connected to the device, USB Debugging is already open.

please am not going to answer that quension but my tecno h5 was briked and failed to power on but when in plug a charger it was written select boot mode, and it was provide to use volume keys to sect but it does not function, now i have flashed my self using sp flash tol it actually fails even to show any sign of life so there is any solution ?
