Virus not removed i try to wipe Data but data not deleted

Seems your device emmc issue coz its not even able to delete userdata even after wipe(as you said).Write factory file and post result if userdata is still exist in device Best Of Luck

emmc issue also after backup tried whole format and then powered on if phone still power on after whole format then 100% emmc issue.
