mtk6582 formated and its dead,i have the backup but wen i flash the fone its stoping on 40%

You Need To Find Factory Flash File and Flash with SP Flash Tool

Your posted image is so Small ,
Do full erase Under Format Left Side Select Whole Flash And press ok ,
then Flash Wit backup File .

I format the fone as u said and flashed with backup here is screen shot

still freezing on 40% when flashing

Format In Mtk Tab Select boot#15 >Format>Whole flash >Ok
