Root your phone and read adb backup by merapi factory tool.

Please ensure the "usb jeck" is working well by connecting it without merapi. If usb ject is connecting well with your computer than check your adb drivers.

Oops that works? I tired it on an spd phone (Talk10 Android phone with 8525 chipset.). Couldn't see the phone in adb mode but other software outside volcano Inc could connect the phone. I was even able to reboot the phone via the command from cmd. I don't know what's wrong. It is probably not a driver problem.
