My volcano box not detect any pinout, not rx tx by Rj-45 and not d+ d- by jigs

I don't know what seems to be the problem with my box. This box was working perfectly before, but since some days my box not detected any pinout, not rx tx by rj-45 port and not d+ d- by jigs, only usb is working fine. i am try system self-check, system recovery but problem not solved. what is problem? please help me

Check Red button on front left side of Box if it is pushed. Normally it should not be pushed.

Ok bro Main cable , On Off button Already tested now One Thing more ,
Connect Any mtk Mobile Which is Detect Able On Jig With box And Post Screenshot of Detection failed Error.
