First of All Check May be usb debug is on if on then Go to android tab then ADB & Wipe if off then try to put your mobile in recovery mood or Factory mood ,
if you can go in recovery then do wipe data in recovery menu ,
if you can go to Factory mood then root with Vroot
after root Again in factory mood then wipe in Android > ADB tab>Wipe .

what is Factory mood how i can put this in Factory mod tell me plz and what kind ho this and other thing is this i chek already usb debing us open

if usb debug is on then
1 > connect your mobile on usb cable
2 > install driver
3 > open Volcano software go to Android Tab then ADB tab
4 > root your mobile in adb tab
5 > wipe data

in factory mood you can see option like this

option can be different from picture if you have clear flash option then just clear flash & done

you can get factory or recovery mood by below method
Press and hold volume down then press power button
Press & hold volume up then press power button
Press & hold volume down & up together then press power button
you can try by pressing all buttons with power button .
