Need help to activate inferno

Hi, I need help to run inferno mtk and spd exe on volcano box. I have merapi activated already. I have downloaded and installed both exe for volcano box. Let me know how to run 1st time. Thx

I already have merapi activated. but let me know about inferno. when i run inferno exe for volcano i get this error.

Disconnect with the volcano. The program is terminated.

you run worng exe. if you have volcano box then please run INFERNO VOLCANO MTK EXE
IF YOU HAVE INFERNO DONGLE KEY THEN RUN INFERNO MTK EXE.
HOPE YOUR UNDERSTAND NOW BROTHER.

1-volcano box is not connected properly or front main switch of box is pressed inside

2-Box port is set on very high number



Solution,

1-check the drivers so they are installed properly
2- Check the main switch of box is it presses inside..? So un-press switch outside
3-check the box port if its over the number of 20 than reduce the box port under 20 and set into any number

Check all these and Run inferno tool,postcresult
