hello volcano team 2.9.4 & 2.9.5 not working when i want to lunch the tool hangs on starting how to fix this problem?

Try to Disable Antivirus Guard Or Try Without Administrator Mode !! if Not Don Post Complete Desktop Screen Shot For More Help
