New volcano inferno not run

I have bought interno dongle with activation

It does not run
when i try run shows




1. do i need volcano box to use the dongle same time with dongle ?

2. How can i check reseller that he activated my dongle as i paid for activation?

3. how i can use the dongle ?

i bought dongle 4day ago but still unable the use

Hi, once delete old setup and download setup from here Index of ./VolcanoBox/Inferno - VolcanoBox 3.0/Setup_Installer_For_Inferno_Key/

and reconnect dongle in pc main usb port(back side usb port) then run inferno exe
make sure u closed antivirus and have good internet connection

If still same then post here will check it asap

No need box when u have dongle
delete old setup mean ( delete inferno old setup )

For every one one month free trial period available and it will not counted with one year activation

Currently ur out date is 1 month period means still not get activated one year activation

every activation should be done by reseller within one month trial period end so contact your reseller and give your serial no with activation code

how to get activation code ?
