so the phone is connected to a usb port via usb cable (data cable). and volcano box is also connected to another usb port. is there any connection running from the volcano box toto the phone

why is no one explaining it to make sense. all ou new users wants to understand and use the volcano box that we paid lot of money for

But if You want to safe Data

Open VolcanoUtility instead of VolcanoTool. or simply send shortcut to desktop.
