Check your phone first..

1: Power Off the phone
2: Hold Vol Down + Power [Go to recovery mode]
3: Do wipe data & cache
NOTE: Look for the SUCCESS message.. If phone is showing "FAILED TO RESET USERDATA & CACHE" then it have emmc locked problem (HW)
If, you phone is showing Success message then please sonork me, I will give you a working file for this phone...

Might be.Check may be volume keys are pressed.Look for BIN file and try to recover this device

yes, this is the correct way to isolate emmc problem of oppo phone, even with sd card update, it is always failed. ....it is a common problem with oppo phone, after 3x update or wipe, mostly emmc become lock.
