Yes you are correct sir.I was also formatted one same model few days before.Today One more same model is came.This is formatted successfully.I dont understood why yesturday phone cant formatted.I was tried lot of times also.But no use.I was uninstalled drivers and install latest drivers also.Even also no use.But today came same model and same version phone is came.This phone formatted successfully.Here is the log:
