plz help volcano box team mtk 6589 and mtk 6575 - GSM-Forum

I have two mobiles q mobile A500 mtk 6589 and Q mobile A2 classic mtk 6575 which is dead by volcano in formatting
now mobiles are not flashing with sp flash tool nor volcano toll plz help

did you check in device manager mobile making vcom preloader driver ?

Better to post Screen shot ,
Did you tried in Android tab ?
Set is dead now or hang on logo .

this factory file i backup from this phone in which problem
sorry for my bad english
and i also try another factory file and .bin file but not flashing
