Problem to remove account from xiaomi mi5. [ANSWERED]

I am with mi5 with micloud account, that when trying to remove the account I get the following message.

1.Remove battery and insert battery back.
2.Press and hold 'VolumeUp' and 'VolumeDown' keys.
3.Please insert USB cable within 50 seconds.
Some phones need to use edl cable or special card slot.

obs: I downgrade and the device is in the MIUI Global 7.5 version, I can use the device but if I upgrade to the version
MIUI V8.1.2.0 the device is locked again

Drivers issue only.UN-INSTALL drivers and RE-INSTALL again drivers.Also you can use SAFE MI REMOVE method on ADB&FastbootTools.

Same problem, I tried on 3 different computers and it did not work.
In fastboot mode, the program does however remain locked
