Hard reset but not done any other solution.

first try to factory set and wipe cache in recovery mode.
if not solve then format with volcano auto or manual.
after format not solve then write working flash files bin or factory file.

I already hardreset .i need working flash file

flash with stock rom,,if still,,,,,,hardware issue

Hello ...

Do Root & Wipe your Phone using Android Tool ..
Use Volcano latest version Android tool ..
If after wipe results same .. !!
Post & Find Firmware flash file section ..
