I full Format But same also Hard rest

Do U Have Q Mobile A650 flash file

CPU TYPE:MT6583/89
Hardware version:CA01

first try to hardreset in recovery ( wipe data/cache ) or format with volcanobox in android tab.

if above method not work then try to flash with working file.

dont forget to make backup before write flash.

You Had Already Done Wipe/Format ,
you need To Flash your Mobile With Bin or Scatter File ,
Do backup Before Any Operation .
