Wipe data/cache function is same function like factory recovery menu
Tool will not erase/format mobile its just activate wipe data/cache process

If mobile hang on logo after factory reset then possibly mobile already hang on logo or unfortunately stopped system error like things faced and mobile have hw issue ( emmc fault)


Once try flash mobile with da_dll checksum all in inferno and post result


If failed to fix checksum then last option find same hw variant working mobile and do bin backup and write it on faulty mobile(before write full erase mobile once)

1st inferno wipe data/cache now merapi format

anyway its hw issue and cant be fixed in sw

Do one thing little heat on emmc ic then again try to flash otherwise change emmc ic
