merapi needs 39 credits,,,

if i use data pro then it will cut credits from merapi 39 credits???
if yes then i cant able to use merapi tool???

need explaination???

but i am not asking that,,,

data pro needed some credits for each phone... in 39 credits, 5 credits cut for data pro( 1 phone),, then can i use use merapi with 34 credits????
