i cann't connect this kind of cpu via usb except use boot key..., why??

when i tick usb mode nothing happen

You have to use the magic cable http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f723...cable-1643123/

or

Hold down Volume down and connect the cable

dear sir I tried to do the same to this phone but after bootloader download completes the procedure stops..

here is what I do step by step:

1) Use volcano cable with adapter P-05B

2) Detect pinout only using Common usb devices and result is:

Find USB device:MediaTek PreLoader USB VCOM Port (COM23), (VID_0E8D&PID_2000)
D+ = 3, D- = 2, UsbVcc = 1 21
>>Detection completed.

3) Set pinout and return to MTK Tab

4) Choose bootloader v12 or 13 (65xx) (tried both)

5) Choose flash file

6) Choose write flash

7) Untick Auto-detect pinouts

8) Port is the Volcano port (13 in my case)

9) Baud rate 460800

10) Tick Quick Read Nand and USB mode

11) Press run

12) Connect phone with usb (I tried also with Vol- and insert volcano cable)

No flashing

What am I missing?

@ F-bone ....

Bro first you use USB cable or modify cable (http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f723...cable-1643123/)...
If you use USB cable Press Boot key Like Vol+/Vol- until start any job ...
Try to use boot 13 Or 14 & Also change Baud Rate .....
If still Problem ...
Use Volcano Android tool in usb mode ....
Select specific CPU & do job ....

Thanks aniaxn! One last clarification ..when you say USB cable you mean separate usb cable in other port? Because now i was using the cable of volcano.

If I need to use separate usb cable do I also choose the vcom port in volcano!

Sorry for all the trouble im very new to volcano box..

flashed ok but phone is struck on logo
already i wipe user data
i have readed flash file still no use even after flash original file that i read my self still phone is struck on logo////i reflash this phone because i cannot select wcdma/auto mode any genious pls help me urgent or else ihave to pay my customer
