S5570 (SPD8810) dead after CFT Calibration and can't write backup

Phone comes with gmail account.
I read backup, I make CFT Calibration and phone reboot on logo after this. Here is log:

Format do not help.
When I try write back my backup I got error "Please read the phone partition" even after "Read info". Here is log:

How to revive phone? Or how to write back my backup?

Phone revived by this pac: http://www.needrom.com/mobile/s3850-s5570/
But need working solution from Volcano for future.
Or just info how to detect what SPD can be formatted and not killed by Volcano.
