About what file you using ?
Bin or scttar?? V
Alway post screenshot for better help
As above read it look file problem Chang it
And flash with sp flasher we did know bec volcano box supported write scatter file
So only volcano box screenshot pls

sir use to SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1328.0.183 alredy
MT6575_Android_scatter_emmc.txt use this files to set dead
S7562 china mt6575 pettern lock and after dead try 2 time sem problem but use this files MT6575_Android_scatter_emmc.txt new but sem problem

Its firmware issue try to search other firmware

same mine also died sm-g900h mtk6572., after the flash. and I was backing up the volcano of 1,75gb. but I can not return to the volcano., please mine too,.
