after flash it is showing phone lock and the given phone lock code is wrong and i am not able to unlock it with volcano

Tick mark on unlock code and give in file which you write on phone , it will show code
If first time code not show then again try bec software find two way codes

do hard reset and all will disable *2676*2878 .

donot use this flash or tray flash phone on volcano tested phone dead also tray backup phone dead

see above success stories of write then how can you say phone become dead after write flash file:confused::confused::confused::confused:
