If USB debug enable ...
So that posable ....
If debug disable no way to remove Gmail password. .
With out data loss ...
First see phone connect to PC with ADB mode or not ..
If connect Do root & Reset Gmail in Android tool ...

try to make new software for this problem..

if "usb debug" is enabled then

root it and remove "google lock"

if "usb debug " is not enabled then not possible.
