i have volcano but i dont know which mode phone put.... Download mode ya normal mode

Brother normal mode phone on and go to seting and devloper and on usb debugmode then open volcano select android tab and then root your android set

No need to put phone in any mode.

Just tell me what problem in the phone ?

If it is Pattern lock, u can unlock it from Modem tab...directly
If it is google lock, then -

Check in device manager, if its showing Android Phone or not.

if usb debugging enabled,
then u can root and reset gmail lock with volcano android tool.

if usb debugging not enabled
then not supported.
