Hi,
I can put phone in download - mode
successfully make usb port

but cannot read info or format

how to solve?

Hard Reset you can use google for how to.

No need diwnload mode or flash
Just power up Phone connect USB it will create mOdem port simply select that port in volcano and do format
Also you can try with uart cable

here is tested and not worked .. conneted like modem too not work

i have same problem my samsung i5801 try with modem port .force mode port ,urt cable with other comport .volcano box port .but result is same no phone found .....so please help me faisal camputer ..
