Brother You Screenshot is Not Showing !! Myself MTK 6571 Don't Have a Bound Rate Issu ... Try Volcano 3.0 and Post Clear Screenshot

try with ver 3.0.0
and check driver and cable

mostly driver not installed correctly

what is the problem in mobile
