think u lost NVram...Read NV file from same working phone and write on ur phone

check if imei is duplicate...
i think its not a valid imei.
most china-copy companies are just making fool of their customers.

I think you have some thing is wrong. I write/change IMEI many time but i am not faced network problem!!
