SPD 6500 Flash read - GSM-Forum

how can i read spd 6500D flash? i've try with build in boot_13 (6500/6530)
but all i got is this
Internal version: SPRD3
Boot downloaded.
Start boot please wait a moment....
OR_RSP(0x97) func:_FDL_HWInit, line:4
Please put the baud set 115200, try again.
>>Ready to read/write again, please remove the power supply clip or battery and then re-loaded it

i tried them all. couldn't figure it out.
