Why there are differences in the size of the current file?

Read Flash Size:0x800000(8MB)
Write Flash Size:0x1000000(16MB)

then

Format Size:0x800000(8MB)

Whether to use manual settings every step?
I have SC6531 always dead after format, but alive again if write backup file.

If you have backup restore it. Find on VolcanoBox folder Temp_6.bin or Temp_6.bin.ECT.bin file.
