Spd 6610/20 not connecting

Im trying to repair imei for a chinese spd 6610 chip based phone thru normal usb and volcano utility tool ver 3.10 but always it just gives error

so can anyone tell me which is the easiest way of repairing imei?
usb or uart is good to do
and if uart then any pinouts to follow and
can i use the rj45 port on the box ?
pls its very urgent! apreciate your help
