could be two reasons

mobile should have some boot key you have to find and check

Drivers problem

my set is on .no any problem in my set.i just testing new software.know i open set and attach boot + gnd . but same errr

i am not saying your phone problem !!
i was just saying could be two problems
phone should be have any boot key like when ever you attach press and hold * or # or 0 or 2+5 or call key or 8 some thing like this

or your SPD drivers are old uninstall them and install new drivers from installed folder of volcano

anyway click on read flash and try

i have 2 pc in shop .i check in another pc.working fine

try solve in your that pc which have problem... try to change drivers as i told and post me results

solve that pc.now working.first i change box com 233 to com 3.then re write spd driver and change spd com to 4.
