spd 8810 how to wrte backup file with volcano? - GSM-Forum

Dear team i have faced a problem city call c111 spd android mobile.
first complaint pattren lock. i am backup the full file then formet it. set is restart. I try to re write the backup file but i cannot it. read the information then after try to write the file any comport have not see the system.

i try it the back up file with dragon gpg, drogon done it. but set is hanging

Please tell me about the rectify the problem. 8810spd android.

before the formet i backup original mobile spd android. after formet i will try to write the backup file i cannot it with volcano.

How you read file ? did you read in factory format or what ?
If you did backup in factory format you need factory tool to write backup.
